do you ever have one of those days when nothing extraordinary happens, but somehow it still feels so full?
last sunday morning, i went for an hour-long walk in nature, came back home, made my coffee, and facetimed my family while enjoying it. then i met with my client for a pilates session, and right after, i did my own workout.
i came back home, took a nap, and later chose one of my favorite outfits just to take myself out to dinner. i ordered a glass of champagne and let myself enjoy the moment without needing a special reason.
nothing extraordinary happened, but somehow the day still felt full. not because i was constantly productive, but because i made space for movement, connection, work, rest, and a little celebration in between.
i think this is what taking care of myself looks like. not waiting for a vacation, a special occasion, or the perfect moment to enjoy my life, but choosing to notice it while it’s happening.
this is how i want to live my life forever: fully, slowly, and intentionally. making space for the things that make me feel alive, romanticizing the ordinary, and remembering that i don’t need a special reason to enjoy my own life.
i hope this inspires you to create more little moments for yourself, too. 🤍

tabletop sounds simple, but the alignment makes all the difference. knees stacked over hips, shins parallel to the floor, and your core gently supporting the position 🤍
