• Max Meyer: 5-0, 2.52 ERA, 1.05 WHIP, 68 K in 60.2 IP, 82% NRFI hit rate, and an A- matchup grade. That is a very strong NRFI profile, especially with only 4 HR allowed

• Freddy Peralta: 3-4, 3.52 ERA, 1.27 WHIP, 63 K in 61.1 IP, 91% NRFI hit rate, and a B- matchup grade. Not as clean as Meyer, but still solid enough for one inning

The Mets are the biggest reason I like the NRFI. They rank poorly in several offensive categories; .226 AVG, .292 OBP, .350 SLG, .642 OPS, and only 3.8 runs/game. Miami is more dangerous than New York right now. They are at 4.2 runs/game, .245 AVG, .320 OBP, and .376 SLG, so Peralta’s half is the more concerning side. But Miami is not a terrifying top-order offense either, and Citi Field helps.

That is one of the best under/NRFI weather environments on the slate. TheScore also lists Citi Field at 77°F, cloudy, 12 mph wind, 0% precipitation, which fits a relatively stable game environment. The full-game total is sitting around 7.5, with the under priced at -120 on ESPN’s odds feed. That supports a lower-run environment overall 💯

All good though, most importantly, we cashed the LOTD and the mini ladder. Feels great to cash a +370 straight bet & the closing line was +300 on HardRock and +225 on Fanduel so we were able to get some fantastic value out of that—that’s what we call, a Lick 😎

I already posted the LOTD for today and as I predicted, the odds have changed a little but not as much as I thought. I am going to continue looking at other sports and props throughout the day but I may not do much else. This is an important time to remain disciplined, particularly during a hot streak that’s immediately following a cold streak 💯
