1st inversion on the Mat System. It's a roll up up side down haha. So much fun!

Another variation of the Hundred! It really teaches the student to understand how to pump from the back muscles and not mainly from the hands.

Pilates is persistence! Working on mobility and stability to find balance. In the beginning of the session, these feet couldn't move the heel up or down in a big range of motion. This pic is on the end of the session where we see the magic happening. Besides the wonderful calf stretch there is a real moving of the ankle join. Makes every teacher with a heart filled of joy!
