The free game is this:
When someone is in pain- at least one of their joints don’t work the way they’re supposed to/ there has been damage to some of the tissue.
Identify what’s wrong: lack of joint motion, damage to tissue, or if it’s weak.
Then give it exactly what it needs. Have tools prepared for each scenario and understand the steps that come after.
What if you’ve been making it complicated because you had too much information, and most of it was noise.
You’ve taken all this education and you’ve been meaning to go back to it so you can figure out how to use it.
But you never do.
How much money and time have you wasted?
You don’t feel confident in session because you know there’s a gap and you don’t know what to do when your client is hurt, or even how to apply the mobility work they actually need.
And you keep wasting time researching a fix for a specific problem when you get home at night after a day full of sessions.
You’re wasting your time and working towards burnout.
You need a proven framework that allows you to cut through the bu****it - regardless of the injury you’re dealing with.
That’s what the Mobility Mechanic Method does for you.
Every time a client says this hurts or my hip is tight- you lean the f**k in because you know exactly what to do and you can’t wait to flex.
I’ve got verifiable proof I can teach you no matter what your modality is- it transfers.
Cohort 2 launches this summer - it will be a purposefully small group because I’ll be supporting you in real time and telling you exactly what to do, why, and how, anytime you have a question.
Quality > Quantity
Digital course will be available this summer as well-and if you invest in that - it counts towards the mentorship should you choose to step up- no time expiration.
And in person Bay Area workshop coming this summer or fall as well.

I work mainly with humans who have long-standing pain/performance issues.
Your client’s shoulder pain feels complicated.
That’s because you don’t have a coherent framework to help you understand what’s wrong and what to do about it.
So you just avoid the things that make it hurt and use lacrosse balls or random stretches hoping it heals soon.
But then you’re always worried because you know you didn’t fix it- and it’ll pop up again in a few months.
And you just repeat the same cycle.
The Mobility Mechanic Method will teach you how to identify what’s wrong any time your client is in pain, and tell you exactly what to do about it.
And I’ll show you how in a straightforward way so you can start right away.
No unnecessarily complicated bu****it.
No long winded pontificating about theory that doesn’t matter in real life.
Just s**t that really works- with a f**k ton of receipts 🧾 in the bag.
Cohort 1 ends May 28.
Adding some materials before we start Cohort 2
Digital course will be available as a stand alone product - and when you decide to step up to the mentorship- your investment in the digital course counts towards the mentorship 🤝
Dm me fix with your questions about either 🫡
This is what Mobility Mechanics does to you.
It makes you confident.
You learn how to solve problems that other trainers cannot.
This is the difference between taking a weekend certification and being mentored by someone who has actually put In the hours, and has ALL the reicepts.
The course gives you all the game you need.
And my support is the thing you keep in your back pocket for whatever else you need.
I’m adding a lot of materials to the course- so cohort 2 folks have to wait a little longer.
Digital course for folks who can’t invest in the mentorship yet coming soon.
Bay Area in person workshop this summer some time.
Dm me all your questions🤝
“My hip is tight.”
How do you know what to do-stretch, stabilize, strengthen?
What do you stretch? Pigeon? Hip flexor?
For how long? How deep?
What if you’re doing the wrong thing?
Anyone from Mobility Mechanics can tell you in under 5 min.-for any joint / any injury.
And show you how to execute with precision🎯
Clip pulled the case studies in the Mobility Mechanics course.
I forgot I owed these to
Will comeback for more - end of heavy deadlifts today-grip is tired.
Still sore from pull ups on Monday too🤷♂️
“My Hip is tight.”
Your client comes in and says this
You put them on a foam roller, or do some random hip stretch.
How did you know where to put the foam roller or which stretch to do?
If you stretched something that didn’t need stretching what good is that?
What if it didn’t need to be stretched, and instead needed stability?
Hip CARs will help you understand this.
And there’s a quick and effective way to find out the rest- you can do it in 3 min once you know how.
We teach this in Mobility Mechanics.
Each cohort is purposefully small in size to make sure the support remains the highest quality.

Good form won’t keep you safe.
What we’ve been sold as exercise and the right way to do things is actually wrong.
How many of your clients have injuries?
Why do PT / chiropractic offices have referral relationships with coaches/trainers?
You will provide so much more value if you simply understand why people are getting injured or develop pain.
If you understand how to identify what your clients should and shouldn’t do, you’ll save yourself and them much trouble.
Instead of feeling nervous when they say something hurts, you’ll lean in and be confident that you have the fix.
Mobility Mechanics will show you how 🤝
Each cohort is limited in size -Dm me fix to see if you’re a good fit🙌
The current training and rehab industries are lacking at best.
There’s a gap between what’s actually done and what people need.
Trainer’s don’t understand mechanism of injury or how to address pain.
So they refer out- but most of the people the refer out to, don’t do their job.
So people get stuck in the middle, wanting to work out and be healthy but restricted from doing so because of the injuries.
There’s a better way and Mobility Mechanics will show you how.
The next cohort will be a small select group-DM me fix to see you’re a good fit 🤝
The great and experienced speaking about the gap where we can bring infinite value to the people we serve.
