From May 12th this year to Jun 1st, I may have lost 1.3 lbs of muscle. Not good. I stopped drinking my protein shake because it’s chocolate and I found chocolate doesn’t work for me. I also skipped about a month of . I am getting my up and doing strength training again regularly. I will on the again soon and measure in the same circumstance considering all the factors and hope I can get that back and then some more. We lose muscle if we don’t preserve it! And we need it!! happens!

I had planned a brunch. A birthday brunch for a dear friend of mine. Wonderful, wonderful human, but she had to cancel it because another wonderful human that she cared about was struck by a stray bullet. That human was a musician, playing in a band, playing music, doing good work. And then, nearby, someone was so angry that they wanted to kill....
