Ok I’ve been in confinement too long.
Composites, Rigging, Fabrication We have developed molds to build common composite parts such as hatches and foot chocks.
GCRC specializes in all aspects of sailboat rigging and composites for both racing and cruising boats, from building halyards and replacing standing rigging to custom carbon construction and modifications. We have developed a composite emergency rudder system that is light-weight and can be deployed safely and rapidly.

We are now set up to make carbon spinnaker poles, double-tapered, any diameter and up to about 23’ in length. Here’s the outboard end with Hall quick-trip jaws. My grill rotisserie motor sure comes in handy for the clear coat primer process.

This contraption produces carbon fiber elbows for making pipe berths. It’s like infusion except there’s no vacuum; instead there’s positive pressure.
