The Grand Opening of Heroes Martial Arts Eastside was reason enough to celebrate, but it's the people who make an academy great and I'm happy to say that we have the very best people on earth with us. Happy to acknowledge Nick "Eastside" Borbon who has partnered up to run the Eastside location and Trevor Ireland who is fulfilling the same role for the Heroes Downtown San Jose Location. So my friend Fil Mascera asked Heroes Martial Arts to participate in SoFA Saturday. I don’t have a lick of music ability, I can’t dance, but still we’ve been a part of the SoFA district for years now and he wanted us to be part of this somehow. So after some brainstorming we came up with a format of part Kung Fu Theater (updated to reflect Jiu Jitsu and MMA), part Variety Show featuring the actually talented Heroes, and part Video Game Tournament. I am hosting and being this is the digital age it will be completely live and interactive a well. It’s either going to be completely awesome or a total train wreck, but you should totally tune in the Saturday to www.SOFASaturdays.com and tune into the Heroes Channel (or check out all of the other great channels broadcasting live as well) 6PM to 9PM this Saturday!

While we are under Shelter in Place, we have moved our classes online and into your home! We are offering all levels of our Jiu Jitsu Classes, as well as Fitness, Youth Yoga and for the first time ever on a Heroes Mat Kickboxing!
