Some of us have to get work done on a Sunday. Hey sometimes we already need to relax..as Bean is doing.
His brother is staring at birds out the door dreaming of his big catch.. Lol
Remember to prepare for your week. Think about meals, snacks or fasting and it will help defeat the need to eat on the run and with bad food.

Teca and Bean are brothers from another mother and they love each other just as if they were real brothers. Today they were getting some much-needed sunlight, I believe that it does for cats what it does for humans. Sunlight has been shown to affect our hormones and our immune system.

I feel like this some days but I remember movement keeps my joints lubricated, keeps my muscles from getting atrophy and shrinking causing problems when I get older.
Trust me.. These guys will be up and tearing the place up in about an hour... You should do the same this Saturday as most people have the day off work . Go get some movement and you will feel better as you're doing your body and future self benefits.
Either way, enjoy your weekend and let work sit until Monday!!
