Turned what I felt was a worthless cup holder/bedside shelf into something I could actually use. CPAP, phone, flashlight, drink etc will all fit now.

It’s no secret the folding capability makes for the perfect camp/rv accessory.

This was at the beach in late January (about a months worth of use). I’m digging it 🤙🏼

When your two world’s collide. Fitness instructor meet wannabe chef. I needed a significant press to achieve my sear, gotta do whatcha gotta do 🤷🏼‍♂️ 🏋🏼‍♀️ 🧑🏼‍🍳

Attempted a couple more plates for this Sunday. Think Philly Cheese (or Chopped Cheese) meets fries. I tried S&P as well as Cajun seasonings. It was pretty damn good so I did it again with tots. The protein started as 1/3 tri tip, short rib, & brisket. COVID trained and YouTube certified 😜Thx to Sam, Chance, & Max for this freakin fantastic idea.

I stole this 💯 from & and you should too. Pork belly brisket AKA bacon brisket. I hit it with Holy Cow & Holy Gospel from and tossed it in my Traeger until we were in the 200*~210* internal range. Tacos with chili infused honey from & feta cheese were legit! Pickled red onions were missing but I didn’t have any when I saw this and couldn’t wait to make ‘em.

Gotta try a couple new ideas out before the Super Bowl next week. I’ve had a few good ones the past few days. This was quick & easy. Spiral cut taters w/ Italian dry salami between spirals. Wrapped one in bacon cause I mean, why not 🤷🏼‍♂️

Throwing it all the way back to this past weekend. Fri 5:30pm vs Sat 5:30pm. Never tire of this view.

Put some pvc to good use to clear up the clutter at the entrance. So much better while in transit as well as when we arrive 🤙🏼🚌🤘🏼😎
