We kicked off classes today and started with this year long challenge! This week we start with 10 reps. That means three times this week, sometime during the day (or class) go through this set 1 time. Next week, we do it three times in a week for 11 reps….each week adding one more rep to the set! By 2027 you’ll have a solid no equipment needed workout with 62 reps each, increased endurance and excellent habits built up! Also, class was great today and we’d love to have you at any of our sessions anytime!
