Finally got an enthusiastic smile from Alyssa with her medal from the 2024 Summer LCM Far Westerns. Alyssa placed 8th in prelims and in finals moved up a spot to 7th with a time of 1:24:47 for the 100M fly! A new PR for her.

Alyssa set a new team record for 10U LCM 10U 200 free during the 2024 AGC LCM with a time of 2:39.24! A new PR for her. 🏊♀️

Thankfully much cooler in day 2 of summer LCM AGC. Ella placed 8th in finals for 200M fly with a time of 3:16.19. Alyssa placed 7th for 200M free with a time of 2:39.24. She moved up 2 spots from her 9th place prelims!
