An original solo by our artistic director, Baigali Baigali. Debut 10/10/26 at Hammer Theatre Center. Info and tickets in Bio. This piece carries one of Inner Mongolia’s most enduring legends.
The legend: a Horchin Mongol cavalry officer who rose up against the seizure of his people’s grasslands — a rebellion he didn’t survive, but one immortalized in one of Mongolia’s most beloved folk ballads.
