Hello! I figured the first post should be more of an introduction! My name’s Ricardo, I’ve been working out since 15, and despite my ups and downs with fitness, I’ve found my grove. I’ve been doing personal training for about two years, and expect to keep doing it for a long time. I love seeing my clients make progress and hearing how exercise has made their lives better in any capacity, whether strength, weight loss, or just more energy overall. It’s a rewarding position to be in that I don’t take for granted. But other than that, nice to meet you!
