The grind was real, but def worth it.
April 2024 to July 2025 - what a journey man
For context - Carrie’s a mom of 3. Full time nurse. We started working together 6 months postpartum.
From April to December, she didn’t even touch a dumbbell. No strict meal plan. No calorie tracking.
We just focused on building healthy habits.
- Moving more
- Eating better (without restriction)
- Getting quality sleep
- Creating structure she could actually stick to
It wasn’t about doing everything perfectly.
It was about making small, sustainable changes… And turning them into a lifestyle.
Then from January to July, she was ready to take it up a notch: Started training. Got more dialed in with food.
But still had balance. Still went out. Still no restrictions.
She never felt like she had to give up her life to make progress.
She figured out what mattered to her - What she was willing to sacrifice vs what she wasn’t.
And we built a plan that worked for her, not against her.
She told me she wanted to hit 115.
And last week… she did. Down from 146 and still going strong.
All without burning out.
All while being present for her family.
All while being real with herself.
Proof that if you stick with it, make small changes that feel sustainable and stay consistent - you can make real progress.
Shoutout to Carrie for crushin it!
