Another successful Tuesday Night Boot Camp! 💪🔥

Last night’s focus: PUSH + PULL upper-body training with dumbbells!

Using dumbbells forces each arm to work independently, helping build balanced strength and preventing one side from doing more of the work. We paired every push movement with a pull movement to train the chest and back while keeping the upper body strong and balanced. 💯

Hard work doesn’t mean we can’t have fun—the group brought great energy and kept the class light, competitive, and moving! 🙌

Meet the youngest of the trio, Sebastian Cortez! From our Lil Champs program at age 6 to competing at 10, Sebastian has shown us what true heart looks like.

He’s faced more adversity in his young career than most, but every challenge has only made him a tougher, more determined fighter. Amateur boxing is about the journey, the lessons, and the character you build—and he is the perfect example of that grind.

Huge shout out to our 5:00 AM Boot Camp, 9:00 AM Boxing, and 12:00 PM Boxing classes.

Your consistency, energy, and hard work are what make this gym special. Every workout is another step toward becoming stronger, healthier, and more confident.

From an 11-year-old kid walking through our doors in 2022… to a young amateur boxer with 15 fights under his belt just four years later.

Nothing was handed to Emiliano.

Last year, he added another milestone to his journey by earning 2nd Place in the Sugar Bert boxing tournament—a testament to the hard work, discipline, and consistency he’s put in since day one.

We’re proud of everything he’s accomplished, but we’re even more proud of the young man he’s becoming. This is only the beginning.
