Class Schedule for East Valley Taekwondo All Classes M-W-F Beginner: 4:30 to 5:20 - Intermediate: 5:20 - 6:10 - Advanced: 6:10 - 7:00 - Adult Kenpo Karate & Eskrima: 7:00 to 8:00

Spent my Birthday Training w/ Professor Cantrelle @ Cantrelle’s Martial Arts. Training in 3 Different Styles has its Challenges but it really gives u a Deep Understanding of Universal Principals. 🥋🎯💯✅👏🏻🙌🏽💪🏻🤟🤛👊👍🏻
