Jackson Street will be closed to traffic's between 3rd and 6th Street to allow trick-or-treating, performances, music, and other festivities along the street.

We also may be doing a little performance from one of our performance teams 🎃

Come join us for a FREE 6-week Dance Program where we will be learning dance, music, and video production skills to create and document various aspects of the performing arts.

Students will experience working together to learn and perform freestyle and routines from the street dance arts.

Learn the basics of music and video editing to gain skills in DJing and Video Production.

Basic to intermediate techniques will be taught using various tech equipment such as Digital Cameras, DJ Hardware, Instruments, and the use of editing programs on Phones and Computers.

This Friday is Red Bull Dance Your Style Oakland!

Red Bull DYS Oakland will feature some of the best dancers from around the US. From Turfing to Popping to Hip-Hop, the competitors will enter epic 1 vs 1 battles, bringing improvisation to a new level. Unpredictable tunes ranging from mainstream hits to timeless classics fires up the dance floor allowing dancers to showcase their unique skills and styles. Who do you got on a winner because the Crowd is the judge! Catch some of us from The Get Down this Friday, May 6th 2022 at Frank Ogawa Plaza in Oakland for Red Bull Dance Your Style. See y’all there!

*Winner of Red Bull DYS Oakland will compete in the National Finals on May 21-22, 2022 in New Orleans.

Special Pop-Up Workshop! will be coming to the Bay Area all the way from the East Coast for Project X and will be teaching a Locking Workshop at our studio on Sunday, May 1st.

Focus will be on review of Locking Fundamentals with a bit of choreography and freestyle.

Tre Norfleet is a prominent dancer who travels internationally representing the USA as a Locker throughout many worldwide events.
