I opened Mama Flow Studio's brick-and-mortar location in mid-April this year and since then we've had over a hundred pregnant and postpartum moms come through the doors for group yoga and sculpt classes!

Our in-person community is quickly growing and I'm so excited to expand our offerings! We've partnered with truly incredible perinatal providers to bring more education and resources to the studio and this is just the beginning!
