We are only 1 week away from out first Outdoor Adventure camp of the summer!

It's not too late to sign up! The first week of camp will be packed with nature-based activities and physical activities! At the Almaden Outdoor Adventure Camp our goal is to provide a memorable experience to the campers by ensuring each activity is engaging and interesting! We have a total of 8 weeks of summer camp and the we have something exciting planned for all of them! Below is the list of field trips for each week:

Summer is here and the fishes are out! Our Gone Fishing class had a blast last weekend, 2 of our students were able to catch some fish for their first timer ever!

Because of the positive feedback from parents and students we are most likely going to add fishing as activity in our summer camps! As we get closer to the start of camp we will release more information regarding fishing time and dates so that you too can have the chance to catch some fish!

Outdoor Adventure Camp at Almaden Lake Park is only 3 weeks away! We have lot of exciting and interactive activities set for week 1! Come experiment with us as we learn the science behind making toothpaste. You'll also learn fascinating facts about zoo animals before taking off to the field trip of the week, Happy Hollow Park & Zoo! There is also a ton of physical activity games lined up for the first week such as capture the flag and lava monsters.

If you are looking for a summer camp for your child you can still sign up for the Outdoor Adventure Camp held at Almaden Lake Park!

We have a lot of engaging nature-themed activities piled up for this summer! At least one memorable craft a day and a couple of enrichments activities throughout the week. Have you ever tried making your own ice cream before? Or experiment and learn how oil floods can damage our waters. We have a ride range of nature-based topics the kids will be able to experience and learn about. We also have physical activities for the kids. They will be able to play dodgeball, sharks & minnows, a scavenger hunt, water balloon toss and much more!

Summer is right around the corner which means the 2023-2024 school year is almost coming to an end! Summer camp at Almaden Lake Park is now open for registration, if you are looking to put you child into an exciting and interactive camp then consider Almaden Lake Outdoor Adventure camp. Since our camp takes place in an outdoor setting we tailor our activities to follow a nature theme. Each week will focus on different subject of nature such as zoo animals, science, and the ecosystem to name a few. Overall camp will be a mixture of educational activities that align with the weeks theme, physical activities, and entertaining field trips!
