OUR HISTORY & THE BEGINNING OF THE ITF-EVENTS
Between my wife and I we have organized 14 competitions and countless seminars. I started by my instructors side in 1996 with the Kou’s Taekwon-Do Tournament of Excellence. It started as a small local tournament and grew to a Provincial wide event.
Once I started Blackburn Taekwon-Do - we began the Blackburn ITF Challenge. What started as a small Inter-school event with only 89 competitors became an International Event with over 260 competitors. In total - there were 9-Blackburn ITF Challenges.
In 2016, my wife (Ha Tang) and I moved to San Jose, CA - where we started Warrior Code Taekwon-Do Academy with the help and support of our dear friend and business partner Kevin McGinley. It is here where we have been hosting a series of seminars and tournaments. For this reason to make our team stronger and more organized - we created ITF-Events.com. This is how we will organize, post and advertise our events in the future.
Our first series of events published for 2019 - will be a SPECIAL SEMINAR with GRAND MASTER NARDIZZI (9th Degree - England) in May and our ITF WARRIOR CUP which will take place in November. Stay tuned as these events get published!
