All of us have to handle confrontation from time to time, but this can be an incredibly difficult thing for a child to do. Unfortunately, bullying is very common in schools, so you should make sure that your child is ready to deal with a bully in the correct way.
A good self-defense class will teach your child what to say to defuse an argument, or how to avoid one in the first place. They should also learn how to protect themselves physically in case a fight can’t be avoided. If bullying is an issue for your child, you should strongly consider enrolling them in our Self-Defense Program.
