"It's just back pain."
That phrase has kept people in pain for years. Because a LOT of what gets labeled 'back pain' is actually sciatica — and they're treated very differently. 🦴

Sciatica responds incredibly well to the right treatment. It just has to be the RIGHT treatment. That means nerve mobilization, decompression work, and a plan that accounts for how you actually live your life — including how long you sit each day.

If your back pain gets worse at night… this is why.
It’s not always your mattress.
It’s often:
• increased sensitivity
• lack of movement during the day
• your nervous system staying “on”
Your body needs movement to feel safe and relaxed.
Start simple:
✔ Move a little before bed✔ Adjust your sleeping position
✔ Support your spine with pillows
These small shifts can dramatically improve your sleep quality.

Your body isn’t designed to stay still for 6–8 hours.
The issue isn’t sitting.
It’s the lack of movement throughout your day.
This is why:
• You feel fine in the morning
• But stiff and achy by evening

You don’t need a standing desk.
You don’t need to “fix your posture.”
But you do need to stop staying frozen for hours.
Most of the tech professionals I work with don’t have a structural problem.
They have a movement problem.
Same chair- with lumbar support
Same screen
Same position.
Every. Single. Day.
And over time your body starts saying:
“Hey… I need variety.”
That’s when you feel:
• stiffness by 3pm
• brain fog/fatigue during meetings
• that annoying back tightness at night
The fix isn’t complicated.
A few minutes of movement every 60–90 minutes can:
✔ reduce pain
✔ improve focus
✔ help you sleep better
