At MPowered Bootcamps, we strive to help you maintain a healthy balance between your workout goals and your life. Our outdoor fitness bootcamps are specially designed in order to get the fastest results. The workouts combine strength training, cardio, and high intensity interval training. We work out under the sun in the beautiful outdoors and can promise that no two workouts will ever be the same

Whew we had a challenging one today! Even forgot our after picture. Love getting our Sunday’s off to a great start! One more Sunday and then we go in to vacation mode!

Another great bootcamp class at The Lakes last Sunday! Feels so good to be working out in the fresh outdoors again! Love having new friends out there with us and the kiddos too!

When we closed last summer we barley had time to process since we just had a new baby. We always thought we would reopen again one day and rejoin our amazing community. We have missed everyone so much and our old morning routine. We should have said this here then but now that we are moving it feels like the door is officially closing so…THANK YOU everyone for making such a wonderful impact on our lives! It was an absolute pleasure getting to work out with all of you! We miss you and will continue missing you!

Was an emotional week with a lot of "lasts" but so grateful for the wonderful memories over the years and excited for more fun to continue in Willow Glen & Campbell! Last Saturday class, last 6AM Los Gatos and last day with Katie! We have always had the best community!
