“Bouncing back” after baby is an outdated goal. 🩵
Your body has been through pregnancy and childbirth. The focus doesn’t need to be getting back to who you were before — it can be rebuilding strength for where you are now.
Start with the foundation:
✔️ Focus on your core + pelvic floor first to provide stability and balance
✔️ Glutes for lower-body support
✔️ Upper back for posture, lifting, carrying, and feeding
And if you only can give 10–15 minutes? That still counts.
Rebuilding strength after baby is about feeling supported, capable, and confident in your body again — not racing a timeline.
✨SEND this to a mom who's killing it.
