It’s been some time since I’ve really gotten serious with Jiu Jitsu. It used to be so fun. Rolling and training.
I’ve been light weight going for about 1 month since about a year ago. 1x a week maybe 2x if my buddy nudges me. I can barely do the warm ups and drills. I’ll have a round and I’m done. It’s so hard now. It’s painful. It isn’t fun. My lungs are burning.
But I need me more than ever…. I need to feel better about myself. I know I’m gonna bitch and moan. I’m gonna cry inside lol.
Lots of personal stuff has been ongoing and it’s slowly clearing up.
I’m ready to start again. If you see me, just give me a fist bump and carry on!

I find this fascinating…
I’m an immigrant from the Philippines. My family came here to America for a better life because we wouldn’t have had the opportunities and freedoms back in PI.
The corrupt governments in many countries are staggering, yet we got adults who want to change America to be similar to those they fled from and raise their kids here to hate America.
You also have these self righteous/spoiled/woke kids who don’t even know what it was like to grow up in countries like that and post on their IGs and TikTok’s like they know better… hahaha
Freeloading/lazy/disrespectful/ungrateful people will be the demise of our great country !
Read something about a female basketball player caught in Russia with drugs. Her back ground was she wouldn’t stand or be present for the national anthem but is begging for our great nation to get here to be released. Bwahaha

Hearing the news last night of your passing…. I held my tears until I got home. You’ll be greatly missed Uncle. You accepted me into your family homes. Always made sure I was fed. Loved talking to you about your travels. You and auntie have raised some wonderful kids. To my brothers and sisters. To your grand kids and great grandchildren, Sending you all hugs at this moment.
