Aggressive Sparring Workshops are every Saturday, 2-3 PM 🥊 You will develop better timing and balance, solid defense, as well as efficient fighting strategies for striking, takedowns, and groundwork. All techniques will be stress tested in live force-on-force scenarios.

Talk to us about adding these classes as part of the Upgrade Program or joining them as standalone classes.

KAA 58th Annual Celebration and Workout ♣️

Get ready to celebrate Great Grand Master Ga***rd’s Birthday on Saturday, September 6, 2025 at Quarry Lakes in Fremont!
 
It will be a full day of inspiring instruction, demonstrations, entertainment and of course, delicious barbecue as we celebrate the life and legacy of Great Grandmaster Ga***rd and we are thrilled to have you join us!
 
Event Details:
Registration begins at 9:00 AM
Seminars kick off at 10:00 AM

Parking:
$5 fee (card only, no cash). Be sure to turn right at the fork toward the Ensenada Gazebo which will be the first one you’ll see.
 
What to Bring:
A water bottle to stay hydrated during the workout, and your gi or comfortable clothing.

Please purchase your tickets now so we can get an accurate head count for the BBQ. When paying through Venmo or PayPal, be sure to include the names of everyone attending and the event.

People like my father, my pastor, my sifu, and my sigung. The list goes on, but the excuses do not. Don’t focus on the reasons that hold you back because that will become your script in life. Instead, focus on the reasons to keep moving forward, because that is what you’ll live for.
