Tomorrow is the annual Cherry Parade (and more). The parade jumps off at 10 a.m. in downtown, so get there early to join in the fun.
There will be road closures in downtown San Leandro.
Please plan ahead if you will attend this community event. If not, you may want to avoid downtown on June 4th.

It's the giving season and one of our members is helping Cookies in Oakland collect jackets, umbrellas, books and toys for those less fortunate this year. Look at this powerhouse engine room. Start of the Angel Island Race 2021 underneath the iconic Golden Gate Bridge. Also they weren’t smiling after that crew rammed our boat. Also don’t meet us in any dark allys.
That time we gave everyone a 1 minute head start. 🙄🙄. Was fun chasing boats down and passing them tho.

While we really enjoy watching the level of competition and athleticism during the Olympics - it’s the teamwork, camaraderie and human spirit that we witness that humbles and inspires us. These are photos from the medal ceremony from the 1000m 2 man canoe race. Each teammate awarded the medal on their partner and not gonna lie - made me tear up. What are some of your favorite memories from the 2021 Olympics??
