Many of you have already visited our new website for bookings—thank you! If you haven’t yet, we’re excited to share that it’s now fully live, with updated photos and refreshed pages.

Our previous site featured images from nearly a decade ago, and after moving into our lovely new studio space in 2022, it was time for a new website that truly reflects who we are today. We’re proud that the new site captures our work with real clients and our commitment to supporting every unique body.

At our studio, there’s no one-size-fits-all approach. We focus on thoughtful, functional movement in a calm environment, offering a personalized experience guided by highly trained instructors who tailor each session to you.

For over 12 years in business, your support has meant everything—especially through the challenges of the pandemic. We’re so grateful to our dedicated community, including those who have been with us since the very beginning. A special thank you as well to the clients and staff who helped bring this new site to life.

On Mondays at 10am starting Dec 1 with Amy, enjoy a fun variety of exercises utilizing our various Pilates equipment and props in a small group Mixed Equipment circuit-style class. Class may incorporate rotating stations of Reformer, Tower, Chair, and/or small props on the mat including circles, balls, rollers, arcs, and BOSUs.

We had an amazing photoshoot with .co and we are so excited to share some of our favorite pics with you! We’ve been in business since 2013 and the photos we had on the website were about 10 years old taken at our previous location. We moved to a beautiful larger space (next door!) in 2022 and we hadn’t yet updated our photos until now. We can’t wait to give the website a full refresh (stay tuned)!

We were so so so blessed with fantastic real clients that took time out of their day to be in our pictures. Everything came together so well with the cooperation of our hardworking staff and patient clients to make the day run smoothly! And our photographer Emily and her team, took such good care of ALL the details.

We had a twinsy shirt moment today with teacher Sarah and one of our clients coming in for her session—and they both match our studio wall! It’s a beautiful teal kind of day.
