I love what we do at Ballet Theatre San Luis Obispo. Telling stories that reach the hearts of all humans. Probably the most challenging story was 'The Hunchback of Notre Dame'. Incredible.

A short list of things found & challenged in the 4 week Floor Barre class with Ms. Terry:
✅ Turn out muscles (all of them)
✅ Back flexibility
✅ Core strength
✅ Everything glutes
✅ Arm and shoulder mobility
✅ Keeping a straight face while your 70 year old teacher slays every shockingly difficult low impact exercise
