Keeping up with social media is hard, feeling the pressure to post something just to be recognized, stay at the top, but when you are creating a , this type of change, you create a crowd. ~ You have to go where the inspiration flows ~ losing followers from not posting just means we are building a stronger community. It is so important to take time and slow things down, find your balance. Don't waste energy on thoughts that are not benefitting your happiness. In order to keep ourselves balanced, we must keep moving forward. No need to get stuck in the yesterday but instead let yourself channel your focus on what it is NOW that you can do to keep moving forward 🕉️🌺
