08/29/2026, some of our top athletes took on the California Mid-State Games hosted by . The competition was comprised of 3 events in a single day, completed by teams of 2, and it was fierce.

A huge thanks to Paso Fit for having us up there, and a congratulations to our athletes, including the owner of Headstrong Fit, for a weekend well-spent.
