The Cal Poly Dairy Products Technology Center is part of the Dairy Science department at California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, CA.
Our website! https://dairy.calpoly.edu DPTC is exclusively dedicated to dairy foods research, technology transfer, and education. Cal Poly has been one of the primary training campuses for people entering or in dairy foods industry careers in California. Our research center is one of the most up-to-date dairy product technology facilities at an academic institution in the United States.

Today marks the final day of in-person sessions for the CURD Program!
