The 805 Youth Lacrosse Association, Inc. (805Lax) is a not-for-profit lacrosse club founded in 2015 located on the central coast in CA (SLO County).
Our mission is to develop the skills of athletes who wish to play competitive lacrosse, at all age levels (from 8 to High School), on the Central Coast of California in the County of San Luis Obispo. Our focus is on the personal growth of individual players - on and off the field. We are committed to teaching the power of team performance, increasing the number of participants in the Central Coast region and promoting a deep respect for the game in a safe and positive environment.

It’s GAME DAY! This Saturday is a big one — come cheer on your favorite lacrosse players at Cuesta College — high school teams from along with girls and boys rec teams. Tacos from Lesley’s Taqueria from 10am-3pm, along with team picture day and gear rental return for players. Come on out!!
The 2026 Spring Season is coming soon! 805 Youth Lacrosse is offering free “learn to play” clinics on January 24 and February 7. More details on our website.

Great way to wrap up the 2025 season! Our 805 Sharks JV team went undefeated to win the JV bracket at the Santa Barbara Showdown. Every player hustled, battled, and made big contributions! Also a shoutout to our 2030/2031 Sharks squad. They were in a really tough bracket and didn’t notch any wins but played hard and did way better on day 2!

Arggh! Unfortunately our rec games at Laguna Middle School are rained out today. It’s a mess out there and the field is a quagmire. HS games at Templeton HS this afternoon are still on.

The fields are closed and all games scheduled for March 15 are rained out and postponed. That includes all boys and girls rec games at Damon Garcia, as well as our Bitty lacrosse session, and the Templeton high school team game that was scheduled in Bakersfield.
