Saturday, October 24, from 4:30 PM to 8:30 PM, the mats turn into a laser tag and Nerf battle arena, complete with costumes and plenty of Halloween spirit. 🎃

There are only 40 spots available for kids ages 6 and up, and this night usually fills up fast.

Recovery Day had a little bit of everything: sound, ice, hands-on work, and a full session of breath and movement.

Hips opening, breath slowing down, everyone finally sitting still for a minute, that was the other side of recovery this time.

It was breathwork, hip mobility, and a little fascia release, because a sport built on speed needs a place to exhale too.

Our 5-Week Beginner Program starting Saturday, September 12 filled up faster than we expected, mostly because Saturday was the only day on the schedule.

Now there are two. The program runs Saturdays from 11:00am to 12:30pm and Sundays from 9:00am to 10:30am, so you can pick whichever day actually fits your week. 🗓️

This is also the last Beginner Program opening in 2026. If you have been waiting for the right moment to start, this is it.
