Celebrate and revere 2025 with movement, community, joy, spirit, and reflection and step into 2026 with intention.
Join us on Thursday, January 1st 9:00 AM for a special class. We think back on all that the last 12 months and 4 seasons have brought to our lives with a sense of wonder and awe! The joy of movement is with us in happiness, grief, reflection and all celebrations and we will dance that life force energy to consciously close 2025 and step into 2026. This will be a team-led class with plenty of opportunity both to shake out and welcome in all emotions, ideas, energies and movements. We are so excited to have this offering - please join us!
