Today we say farewell to not only an amazing coach but a great person as well.

Rayanne started coaching with Fit Factory right before I took over last May. Much has happened since then, so many uncertainties especially now, but one thing that was certain and that remained consistent was Rayanne. You have truly left an impact on the Fit Factory family and myself included. Your knowledge you gave to all of us here was second to none.

Rayanne will be headed to Round Rock for her doctoral in physical therapy. AMAZING.

We are all rooting for you, we wish you well on your new journey.

There is nothing else that could be said about this situation. It’s rough right now for everyone.

The best thing we can do is support each other. Whether that’s following social distancing, helping families that are struggling, or posting workouts for everyone at home to stay active and healthy.

It doesn’t matter what it is, as long as we stick together.

As our community thrives online I most definitely miss interacting with everyone.

That time will come.

⚒ Keep hammering away at the week

🧠 We have all heard it before, when you exercise your body releases endorphins. They trigger a positive feeling and give you a sense of overall well-being.

🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏼‍♀️If you struggle with keeping your thoughts under control and at bay, try something that gets the heart rate up and the blood flowing.

Cody is aggressively hammering a tire. Do you need to do that? No. But it damn sure helps.

Some other less aggressive options include:
•Biking
•Hiking
•Running
•Lifting weights
Etc.
