The University of Texas Equestrian Team competes through the Intercollegiate Horse Show Association (IHSA). The team rides and competes in hunt seat equitation both on the flat and over fences. Each year the team competes at different horse shows within our region in which both the team and the individual may gain points towards competing at Regionals or Zone Finals. So glad we got to put on the Sweetheart Showdown again this year! Huge thank you to for hosting and helping us throughout the show! This weekend, Sofie qualified for regionals in Limit Fences and Flat and Hannah qualified for Intermediate Flat. We also brought home Reserve Champion on Sunday. Thank you to everyone who came out, can’t wait to see y’all again at LSU! 🤘
