We are hiring Master’s level clinicians licensed in Texas, for hybrid or online clinical roles at Hiatus Wellness, based in San Marcos, TX.

You may be a good fit if you are:
- trained in an evidence based trauma resolution intervention
- experienced with/ willing to be mentored in working with those clients that are sober curious, in early recovery or long term recovery- & willing to be challenged in biases you may hold
- willing to work with referrals from our county’s mental health court
- willing to work with a heavily insurance reimbursement based business model, & learn how to navigate basic billing & coding requirements
- competent at managing your own time, & your own calendar & appreciate autonomy
- desiring private practice without financial risk, or sole responsibility for admin tasks
- you want to feel supported socially & in skills/ solutions, but remain autonomous in daily functioning
- you have diverse life experiences that contribute to you being relatable, non- judgemental, regulated, & connecting to interact with
- you are willing to receive TF- CBT training, & narrative based approaches
Compensation:
Our base pay is $65- $70/ client contact hour for w2 employee fully licensed clinicians, with a path for eligible LPC’s towards becoming a licensed LPC- Supervisor. Pay may be more depending on experience & training, or if desiring to be a 1099 employee. Full time w2 employees qualify for benefits (BCBS health, dental, vision, life, & 401k with matching).
