I have officially booked one of our outings for the cooperative therapists retreat…
We will be going on a private shark tooth and fossil hunt!!
Here’s some pics of my collection I gathered from this same area over several trips.
I’m almost done lining up all of our schedule.
Don’t YOU want to come?
This may be TL;DR in video form, but should answer most questions you may have.
I made a video for everyone that has seen my posts about the Cooperative Retreat I am organizing October 8-11, 2026 in Tybee Island, GA.
Someone recently expressed to me that they didn’t really know what “cooperative retreat” means, or what the motivation was behind it. This video shares why cooperative spirit is the foundation behind this gathering, what all is included in “all inclusive”, and what activities we have planned. I hope to see you there!
Please let me know if you have any questions about this event.
Please find our registration form here:

We have emailed registration details for our original interest list, with a deposit deadline of 4/30.
If there are remaining slots, those will be offered to the broader therapist community on 5/1. Go to our link in bio to join the email list, and get first access to grab a spot to this retreat, and get future emails for offerings.
Our evolution continues.
I am honored by the response we have received.

Some of the messages I get from a graphic like this, shows how much this message is needed. A reminder that we never know the depths of what it may take for some to get through the holidays, let alone year round. 🩷 these post always get crazy traction, some positive some not. This isn’t a debate on medication, this is a reminder that you never know what others are going through. Shame is not going to make someone’s mental health magically be “better”.
Medication can be a bridge and it also is 100% not for everyone. Two things can be true.
