Hello everyone, my name is Miguel Romano. I was born and raised in San Mateo, CA. I started playing soccer when I was 7 and have loved it ever since.
I had the privilege of playing for the San Jose Earthquakes Academy from u13 to u19. Throughout my career I've had the opportunity to play with and learn from some amazing players and coaches.
After my time with the Earthquakes I played two years of JuCo soccer at Foothill College, making the Final 4 our first year and going undefeated the second. I was awarded Conference Player of the Year in my second season, as well as Conference Goalkeeper of the Year in both.
I was the Goalkeeper coach for Peninsula United and the head coach of the Bayside Middle School boys team this past year. Soccer has been a huge part of my life, and I would love the opportunity to spread some of that knowledge and experience in any way I can.
