Here are 5 exercises to build the rotational speed and power that translate to more yards off the tee:

1️⃣ High-to-Low Chops — 3–8 reps each
2️⃣ Flywheel Rotational Pull — 3–5 reps each
3️⃣ Flywheel Roll — 3–6 reps each
4️⃣ Low-to-High Half Kneel — 3–5 reps each
5️⃣ Standing Wood Chops — 3–8 reps each

Add these to your routine 2–3x per week and you’ll feel the difference in your club speed within weeks.

15,000 of you. That number still doesn’t feel real when we say it out loud.

When we started Perform for Golf, we simply wanted to equip golfers with the tools and mindset to keep improving in this game we all love. We never imagined we’d look up one day and see a community this size standing behind us. At the end of the day, it’s not so much about the number as it is about each one of you who have been a part of this group journey.

It’s about the golfer who messages us to say they finally broke their scoring barrier. The one who tells us their swing feels different now, in the best way. And honestly, the messages that hit us the hardest are the ones that go beyond golf. The people who say the work they’ve put in on the course has shown up in the rest of their life too. More confidence. More patience. More belief in what they’re capable of. Those are the wins that truly keeps us going.

Because that’s what this has always been about for us. Not just better golf, but better people walking off the course feeling a little more like themselves.

So from the bottom of our hearts, thank you. Thank you for following along, for trusting us, for showing up, for being part of something that genuinely feels like a family. We see every comment, every message, every share, and it means more than you know.

Most golfers don’t struggle to rotate… they struggle to control their rotation. ⛳️

Day 6 of our Swing Strength Series. We’re rebuilding the movement patterns underneath your swing, not just the swing itself. This side plank superset trains your obliques and hips to work together so your body stays stable through the shot and owns the rotation instead of guessing through it.

Two movements: hip extension (simple, controlled, squeeze at the top) and the full sway pattern into rotation. Train both sides. Feel the difference.

Control is what creates power. Save this for your next session and follow for more golf performance training. 💪
