Weโre celebrating Global Wellness Day with a special mobility class led by Dr. Drew Dias of right here at the studio.
Dr. Drew is a Doctor of Chiropractic and sports movement specialist born and raised in the Bay Area, with a background in Kinesiology and Exercise Science. His approach goes way beyond adjustments โ think soft tissue therapy, cupping, assisted stretching, and corrective movement work all focused on helping you move better, recover faster, and stay pain-free.
This 30-minute session is designed to improve range of motion, release tension, and keep your body performing at its best in and out of the studio.

When Takeshi walked through our doors, he was almost 400 lbs and by his own words, couldnโt do much. One year later heโs 250 classes deep, knocking out push-ups, sit-ups, and half jogging 6ks. The confidence heโs built inside this gym has carried over into every part of his life outside of it too.
Takeshi, you are proof that showing up changes everything. We are so proud of you. ๐

Coach Nicole has been a real day 2! She was the first coach hired at F45 San Mateo back in November 2016 and hasnโt looked back since. Not through the outdoor pandemic workouts in the CVS parking lot, not through anything!

Bau's wife Kristen got him through the door, and it only took ONE class to get him completely hooked! ๐
Bau is all about the functional training that keeps him sharp on the golf course, energized as a busy dad, and on top of his overall health. And if you've ever worked out alongside him, you already know,this guy loves to lift and brings great energy every single time he walks through the door. ๐ช

FIRST ๐ฏ MILESTONE ALERT ๐
Julian, Ava, and Ali have all locked in 100 classes and we are so proud of them!
JULIAN! ๐ฅ .demar convinced him to join in January, and with a new baby at home, he made it a point to rearrange his schedule to get into the studio a few times a week. He's working on shedding the dad bod...๐! With 100 classes under hslis belt and basketball he's well on his way!
AVA! ๐ช She started coming with her mom at 9am, and on top of being a student, she's showing up for her self care. Getting into a routine and making healthy decisions, she's a smart lady!
ALI! ๐ She's been a member since October 2025 and has been such a great addition to the F45 family. She works hard with a smile and zero excuses, and she's already feeling stronger and more consistent. That's what it's all about!
When you see these three in class, make sure you give them some love! ๐

โ๏ธ Summer schedule update!
With our community and staff out and about this season, weโll be running a modified Wednesday cardio evening schedule through August. Our 5 PM and 6 PM classes will be merging into a single 5:30 PM class which means a bigger, more competitive and lively cardio class.
Regular 5 PM and 6 PM classes will be back on August 5th!

Milestone Celebration Time! ๐
We're celebrating THREE incredible members this week, and the class counts are Wild! 750, 250, and 100! Let's show them some love. ๐
Sarah Lee - 750 Classes ๐ฅ
Sarah's been with us since November 2019, and she's an absolute powerhouse! She's a hard worker who's always pushing herself, especially on cardio days! Her dedication and focus in every single class is next-level.
Cleo - 250 Classes ๐ช
Cleo joined us in January 2025 and has been crushing it ever since! She loves Endorphins (because let's be real, those ergs feel amazing when you're done), and she just signed up to run a race up a 47-story building. Her birthday mantra says it all: "Another year older, but still just as tough!" We couldn't agree more!
Tyler - 100 Classes ๐
Tyler is coming up on his 6-month mark and has already hit his first milestone! What keeps him coming back? The feeling after every workout, the improvements in strength and endurance, and the community vibesl. He's achieved some big goals too! Getting back to his high school weight, completing a full 7-day week of 5am classes, and becoming a morning person (which he swears didn't exist before F45)!

This is the part of the program we've been building toward. Everything you've put in so far, every rep, every "I'll come tomorrow" that turned into actually showing up, it all comes together now. Peak Phase is where the work stops being work and starts becoming results.
Your mission, should you choose to accept it (you don't really have a choice, you already signed up): get test-ready for the Row/Pull, Squat, and Explosive Jump.
So here's how we're getting you there:
