Every year, I do a "reset" to my diet for 30 days at the beginning of the year, while ensuring I continue to get adequate sleep and exercise. My health journey started in 2014 with Arbonne, when I lost 18 pounds over a 6-month period. Since then, I've been doing the plan about 50% of the time, with one month being a more strict elimination diet. By the end of the 30 days, I feel great and most of my cravings are gone.
