🌸 Happy Birthday Karen Wright! 🌸

Thank you to everyone who came on Tuesday to our Stop Drop and Dance celebration for Karen Lee Wright! Karen is our generous host that will be opening her home for our October 24th Stinson Beach Dance Party from 3-8pm! If you haven’t signed up yet, early bird rates last until September 30th!

We are so grateful that Marianne Jacobson introduced Karen to our community 2 years ago, and even though she lives in San Francisco, we are honored Karen crosses the bridge every class to dance with us in San Rafael! Welcome to your first dance class ninajohnson7398 ❤️

🐚 Happy Birthday Catherine Granville! 🐚

We celebrated Catherine’s birthday last Thursday with a 65 minute hot and sweaty Stop Drop and Dance class made up of her favorite songs!

Catherine chose a mermaid theme, so we came in all shades of blue and turquoise clothes. In addition, she brought fun shell hair clips for all of us to accessorize our outfits with! Thank you to Erin Larkin Meyers for her spontaneous and perfect dollar store backdrops and Happy Birthday also to Shel Saxon who was brought up front by Catherine to dance one of the songs 🎉

❤️‍🩹 BELIEVE! ❤️‍🩹

Today we celebrated Debby Strenkofsky’s Debby Strenkofsky SIX month anniversary from her double knee replacement surgery in our Stop Drop and Dance class!

Not only is she dancing 60 minutes 2-3x a week, but she also helps to lead our Wednesday 75 minute Strength and Stretch class on Zoom!

We also sent our love and prayers to Laura Briggs Laura Briggs who has been recovering from her breast cancer surgery. She is beginning her first day of a month of daily radiation tomorrow.

Physical healing, mental healing, spiritual healing…
we need ALL three! Plus a community of friends and family that send us positive healing energy!

Everyone faces different types of life challenges but we hope that Debby’s and Laura’s story can inspire you!

BELIEVE you will recover.
BELIEVE you will heal.
BELIEVE you will overcome.

Whatever you are facing…
It’s not easy, but it is possible…

🩷An update on Laura’s breast cancer journey…🩷

Thank you to this beautiful community for all your prayers, thoughts, meals, gifts, and support for Laura Briggs these past few months.

Laura had a successful breast surgery at the end of June and was finally recovered enough to be able to come to class for the first time this week. We were thrilled to dance with her again!

Next in Laura’s journey will be 4 weeks of radiation everyday, followed by medications, but everything looks good and she is on her way to conquering her breast cancer completely.

Please keep Laura in your prayers, and for those of you who are also going through a season of darkness and difficulty, know you are not alone in your journey. You’ve got this. 🩷
