Nice ride to Tomales today with tri friends. Getting ready for Vineman / Barb's race expo on Friday. Saturday/Sunday is the Donner Lake Tri. I will race on Sunday.

My first trail 1/2 marathon last Sunday in Tahoe. No flying leaps into the dirt! Time 2:34 mostly up and down at 6,000 ft plus. First place in my age group out of 2 crazy women!!!

Rode up Mt Tam this morning, thank God for the shade! Death Ride is in 2 weeks. Doing 3 passes this year.

60 mile ride today including Marshall wall with Bev and Susan, great to have friends. Bev just told me today she is doing IM St. George with me, that makes 4 out of 4!!:)
