& your shoulders will be ✨unrecognizable✨ in about 4-6 weeks.

This is not the meat and potatoes of your workout.

This is a FINISHER (more muscle endurance + “pump” focused).

You still need 10-15 additional HARD sets of shoulder work in your week to make meaningful change.

Which can look like:
✨Monday✨
4 sets of DB OH Press
+
2-4 sets of Push Ups
+
2 sets of the FINISHER

✨Wednesday✨
4 sets of Bench Press
+
2-4 sets of Machine-Assisted Dips
+
2 sets of the FINISHER
