American Academy of Rhythmic Gymnastics
We offer classes in the beautiful Olympic sport of Rhythmic Gymnastics. Our goal is to provide students with a positive approach to fitness.
We're starting new beginner group for kids ages 4-7 on Saturdays at 3:50 p.m. to 4:45 p.m. Contact us: [email protected].

Monday’s classes is in the Central Park community center during this summer and I am hoping by September and we are back to the Dougherty community center. Sign up will start on August 7.
All the Saturday classes are continued and scheduled at the 38 Beta court in San Ramon.

We are starting winter session next week. For levels 3 and up we will have a performance team. Please practice your balances for 8-10 counts and play with your socks :)

Homework reminder for this week:
Levels 1-2 : 10 push-ups and 10 kicks on each legs in all three directions.
Levels 3-5 : 15-20 push-ups and 15 kicks on each legs in all three directions. Side balances on right and left leg for 8-10 seconds.

INTERMEDIATE and ADVANCE GYMNASTICS CAMPS:
At this camp gymnasts will be introduced to new elements and will have a chance to dramatically improve their flexibility and muscle tone. Gymnasts will also improve their logical and analytical thinking, teamwork skills, self-confidence and sportsmanship. Pilates, yoga, intensive classical ballet and modern dance movement will also be part of their training. We will have a mini Olympic Trials and culminate in a performance for the parents.
Date: August 8 - 12, 2016 from 1 to 4 p.m., Friday till 5 p.m.
Cost: $199 (San Ramon residents) for level 3, activity # 98301.
Level 4 and up: 1 to 5 p.m. Cost: $249 for San Ramon residents, activity # 98302.

Basic Fun Boot Camp for boys and girls ages 6-13 offers fun games and movement exercises focusing on coordination, balance and different muscle groups, working on endurance. Teamwork is encouraged. This class is an introduction to a lifelong fitness program and gives a solid foundation to any sport.
Date: June 27 –July 1, 1 to 4 p.m.; activity # 98303. Fee is $189 (San Ramon residents).
