Just wanted to give a huge shout out to everyone over at Cheatah Racing for choosing to put me in their #18 imca hobby stock! They could have picked anyone and I am truly honored they chose me. I was filling in for the usual driver for the last 2 races at Canyon Speedway Park. It felt good to drive a new kind of car for me and learn. First race I finished 3rd in my heat and 5th in the main. Last Saturday we were able to finish exactly the same but picked up half a second on my fastest lap. I kept my nose clean and barely even put any dents in it. I hope I did them proud 😁 time to get my imca hobby stock done and finish out the season at Canyon Speedway Park! Thank you to the entire cheatah racing crew! I appreciate everything you guys did for me and making me feel like a part of the team. Next race for us will be Sept 24th with the cheatah racing crew in my own car. Can't wait for the rest of the season!

With Arizona Speedway closing down, we've decided to step back for a little bit to plan our next move and rebuild. But, the racer in me can't sit idle too long, and this will have to do in the meantime. Racing some rc bombers at m&m mile in Glendale tonight. Wish me luck!

Finally back from summer break with the car looking fresh sporting a little throwback. So many hands went into redoing this car, I'll get into that more in a later post. For now, its time to get ready to race!!!

Last Saturday was our first night in the 16B after selling the 51R and it did not go to plan. We thrashed and barely made it to the track in time for the heat race. Pulled off because of a bone head move......didn't check the gas tank and ran out on lap 3 of the heat. Doh! Got the car ready for the main as we started dead last on the field, 28th. I noticed on the first lap that the car would not rev up. Maybe 4800 rpms tops. I did my best, drove hard and stayed out of trouble. We were able to salvage a 14th place finish, but that is not how we would have liked to run. After the race we found an issue in the distributor so we're hoping that was it. We are regrouping and preparing for our next race on may 1st. I have to thank Richard and Jordan Bennett at Bennett Fabrication. If not for their help, I would have never made it to the track. Also a shout out to all of my awesome sponsors for their continued support while I chase my dream.
