Your mind will get used to do hard things when you keep practicing doing the hard things.
Showing up when you’re tired, when you don’t feel like it, when you’re busy, when everyone & everything else is priority.
Keep showing up when you’re the slowest, when it feels hard to breathe, when it takes you longer & more work to get there.
Keep showing up for yourself & the world will notice & I’m not talking about your body☺️
