Terrific news, I figured out why others couldn’t make their own posts, I created a Page but I wanted to create a Group, Doh…

So let me move some content and get everything ready and I’ll send out new invites to everyone again again…. Haha

I’ve talked to Paul Clipper and he’s eventually going to write a book about this race and will pull from all of our stories and photos from here, so it could be a really good opportunity for everyone to get their own story told.

Someone help? What do I need to do so others can post on this site?

ISDE Class of 94 1983 rode this 500 1 day of a two day qualifier, took her swimming in one of those creeks, cold, wet,day

Planed to be my last isde l entered a 350 ktm. Bad decision because it overpowered my to old body combined with the very hot and dusty 1. day riding a late starting number l inhaled to much dust and towards the end of the loop I suffered a heatstroke. Trying to make it at least to a checkpoint l rode on slow but l think l hit every rock on the ranch l could find. Coming to a creek l was close to black out and my last brain waves told me water,go in the water. It saved my life the German doctor told me later. Ironically the next day was rainy and cool but came to late for me.
