Please join us for the June meeting 6/25, QBC will be gearing up for the 2026 season with all kinds of plans/events to start lining up and we need lots of help! We still need 2026 season Team Moms for 8th grade, 9th grade and JV, +we need to fill the role of Team Dinner Coordinator.

🏈Parents 🚨‼️ Be watching for the July meeting date to be announced as all Football Players, Trainers, and Filmers parents (guardians) MUST please attend! You’ll hear from the entire Sandite Coaching staff as they outline 2026 season goals and expectations.

At the July parent meeting, QBC will also be collecting the $200 annual dues so please plan for that or we’ll be happy to work with any family needing payment arrangements, just reach out! 💛🖤

Please add $150 to the proposed total if a stadium banner has never been purchased by your company from the Sandite QBC. Your Company’s name will also be mentioned at each Home Sandite Football game as a Black and Gold Sponsor. As an Alumni Game Sponsor, your company will be acknowledged throughout the game by the announcer and be advertised on a banner to be displayed with the other Alumni Game Sponsors. Only one of each cover is available.

Your Company can be “The Main” Sponsor for one of the five Home games. $500.00

All Game Sponsors will receive game entrance for 6 people with 6 reserved seats. You will be able to set up a table and do advertising for your business, including handing out goodies. You will also have the opportunity to “throw” something during the game to crowds or do a ½ time game event. ½ time games are not available for all home games.

Transitioning to school football?Don’t miss these key steps:

• Sign up for summer Sandite High intensity Camp
• Watch for QBC July parent meeting (Grades 8–12), typically it’s the 3rd week of July. All parents need to attend.
• Practice starts around August 1 and will really pick up once Players are allowed to wear full pads, helmets
• Parent/coach meeting in early August

Make sure your players are staying hydrated and getting good nutrition! 🍉🧊🥦
